Absences: If your child was absent on October 26, he/she will have a picture taken on November 29. If you would like to order pictures, return the order form with payment on November 29. If you need a new order form, contact Mrs. Topping in the office.
Re-takes: If you paid for pictures on October 26 and do not like the picture, your child may have another picture taken. Please send the picture packet back to school by November 29. You must return the picture packet in order to have a new photograph taken.
Orders: If you did not order pictures on October 26 but would like to do so now, you may do so using the order number on the proof.
As a fundraiser for the March of Dimes, the NRHS Marching Band will perform at Creekside on Tuesday, November 21st! Students who contribute $3.00 by November 20th will get to see this exciting performance!
From October 24- November 3, CES students had fun while supporting the United Way.
On November 8-9, Creekside 4th and 5th graders were treated to the Math Jump Start Program put on by the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame. They were guided through stations such as Fractin Reaction, Geometry Twister, Place Value Dash and Bask “Stat” Ball, combining math with physical activity. The students had so much fun learning math concepts! Thank you so much to the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame and sponsors First Team Auto, Duke Automotive, Barton Ford, Starr Motors and Mike Duman Auto Sales.
Come on out to Family Night at Creekside on November 28 at 6:00 p.m. in the gym.
Parents will receive a bag of materials provided by the teachers to create a “bag of tricks” for reading and math. Students will receive a free book and a homework pass for attending!
